Nurses
All our practice nurses are registered general nurses with additional specialist qualifications appropriate to their duties carried out in the treatment room and health promotion clinics. We provide a comprehensive service dealing with: wounds and dressings, blood and urine tests, blood pressure measurements, cardiographs, injections and vaccinations, family planning and cervical smear tests. Our Practice Nurses are supported by a qualified Healthcare Assistant. We run various health promotion clinics including asthma, diabetic, hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke and transient ischaemic attack, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypothyroid.
Practice Management
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

ANDREA MCCLENAGHAN
Practice Manager
Andrea is responsible for the daily management and administration of the Practice and all non-clinical aspects of your healthcare.
Administration
The receptionists are your first point of contact with the practice. They will help you obtain the medical or nursing services you require under full instructions of the doctors. Their job is very demanding and they often have to do 'six things at once' so please be patient.
