Immunisations for foreign travel can be provided after completing a travel questionnaire. We ask you fill this out six weeks before you travel to allow time for all the immunisations to be given.

Our Nurses can provide comprehensive travel health advice and arrange for appropriate immunisations.  

There is a charge of £30.00 cash / cheque for this service.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge.  This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

To help us offier the appropriate advice, please fill out the online travel assessmenet form before contacting the surgery.  Please allow at least 3 days.
