If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to fill out the Travel Questionnaire as soon as possible so the Practice Nurse can advise on what vaccinations are required. There is a charge of £20.00 cash / cheque for this service.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
