TELEPHONE TRIAGE
For urgent medical concerns please telephone first and speak to a receptionist. When you ring us, our staff will ask you some questions to determine your condition. All reception staff have been trained to care navigate and will ask about the reason for your appointment. These questions help us to determine the best action to take but also helps protect our staff and other vulnerable patients.
If appropriate, you may receive a call back from a GP or be given other relevant advice.
Appointments - Telephone Triage
Routine Appointments
All consultations are triaged by telephone. These may be made by telephoning reception. Please make a separate appointment for each person.
Face to Face Appointments
After triage and an appointment has been made for you to attend the surgery if you are delayed or unable to keep your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as appointments are in great demand and someone else could be seen in your place.
